Last weekend the entire team went on a field trip to South Bank, and as usual it was on a special occasion. A few weeks ago I was fortunate to run into Noel Gordon, CEO of an E-Magazine known as The Trusted Beauty Guide. As the title suggests, the organisation is about presenting the readers with numerous ways of keeping fit and looking good! They have a lot of spas spread out all over the UK but don’t take my word for it, there is a link to their website above and I advice you take a look! Over facebook, Noel contacted a friend of mine with the desire to do an article about free running however due to the fact that my friend was more an admire and not so much a practitioner he promptly referred Noel to me, and together we organised to meet up, chat about free running and of course, Free run all around south bank!  It was a terrific experience because not only were we able to spend hours doing what we love, we were joined by many free runners resident to South Bank and new friendships were formed.
